01 — Cancellation
24-Hour Notice
I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancel late and you'll lose your deposit, but I'll honor it once if you reschedule.
02 — Tardiness
15-Minute Grace Period
I give everyone a 15-minute window, life happens, I get it. But if you're more than 15 minutes late, I may have to cancel your appointment and your deposit won't be returned.
03 — No-Show
Zero Tolerance
If you no-show, you lose your deposit and you'll need to pay a new one to book again. Repeat no-shows won't be able to rebook with me.
Braid Hair included (Natural Colors Only). Different Colors, Boho, and Soft Loc hair will not be provided.
